Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Arcanium purchase. If there’s something wrong with your order, you’re not that enthused about your piece, or if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to initiate a return. 

For standard items:

Returns from locations within the contiguous U.S. will be subject to a $25 return shipping fee. Items must be returned in original resellable condition to be eligible for a full refund. 

For furniture delivered via freight:

Returns of furniture will be subject to freight shipping costs. Furniture must be returned unused in the original packaging to be eligible for a full or partial refund.

All items will be inspected after we’ve received them to ensure they are in original as-new condition. If they are, we will issue you your refund (less shipping fees) to the original payment method. If the returned items are damaged, or in used condition, we may not be able to issue a refund. 

We do not accept returns due to variations in natural materials, like wood grain patterns, color variations, or minor imperfections like knots.
